Mortgage Loan Officer 
 Loan Officer duties and responsibilities will include increasing mortgage loan portfolio by developing business contacts, attracting mortgage customers, completing mortgage loan processing and closing, and supervising staff.

Requirements 

• Mortgage loan originator license 
  
• Working experience in a loan officer role preferred but not required
  
• Knowledge of banking computer software and MS Office
  
• Comprehension of direct/indirect lending procedures
  
• Excellent communication skills & attention to detail

Loan Officer Assistant
Loan Officer Assistant duties and responsibilities include working alongside designated loan officers in a productive environment, supporting a team in the loan origination process, as well as performing daily administrative tasks with a deadline and with proficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capability to utilize office equipment
  
• Experience in the lending field preferred but not required
  
• General knowledge of loan products and process
  
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced, daily environment
