Contract to Hire
Title: Manufacturing Technician
Pay: $18-20/hour (experience based - some flex)
Location: On-site in Victor, NY
Schedule: M-F, 7A-3:30P
Responsibilities:
-Operate or assist in operating production and material-handling equipment
-Handle materials manually, including lifting and stacking bags/boxes
-Complete production paperwork accurately, legibly, and on time
-Support production processes (preparation, sterilization, mixing, etc.)
-Clean, inspect, and perform basic preventive maintenance on machines
-Use scanners and/or inventory tracking tools
-Promptly report equipment issues
-Assist with facility upkeep and maintain a clean/organized work area
-Follow all company policies, safety rules, and procedures
-Promote and support a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
-HS Diploma or GED required
-1+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar
-Ability to understand written work instructions and complete documentation
-Familiarity with good manufacturing practices (GMP), a plus
-Willingness to participate in Forklift certification training
-Ability to work extended hours/weekends when production demands require
