JOB TITLE
Executive Virtual Assistant
We're a fully remote VA company that matches trained virtual assistants with speech-impaired executives and business professionals.
You'll build an ongoing working relationship with your clients.
What you'll do:
Manage executive calendars, draft professional correspondence in clients' voice, prepare agendas and meeting notes, conduct research, handle CRM records, and make calls on clients' behalf.
You'll adapt your workflow to how your client communicates - text, email, or AAC output.
What we need:
Executive-level writing and admin experience. Discreet, reliable, and patient across different communication styles.
Comfortable working independently and asynchronously. Google Workspace, MS 365, or CRM experience preferred.
Details: $32/hr 10 25 hrs/week

Fully remote Flexible schedule
Supplemental income - other employment encouraged.
